HXWP-LED Digital Display Controller / Light Bar Display Controller
The HXWP-LED series digital display controllers and bar‑graph display controllers utilize a microprocessor for control calculations, enabling highly accurate linearization and measurement of various nonlinear input signals.
The HXWP-LED series light‑bar display controller integrates both digital and analog instrumentation, enabling digital display and control of measured signals such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and speed (with high‑brightness LED digit displays) as well as relative analog‑scale display (light‑bar indication), thereby presenting measurement values in a clearer, more intuitive manner. A dual‑light‑bar display mode is also available.

With its universal input and jumper-free configuration, each instrument can be readily adapted to various thermocouple types through simple, quick parameter settings.

★ Note 1: The C80 and C90 series feature 0.8-inch LED displays, the S80 and C40 series use 0.52-inch LED displays, and the S40 and C10 series are equipped with 0.32-inch LED displays.
★ Note 2: The four‑limit control or four‑limit alarm output consists of four relay‑controlled outputs; users can modify the internal parameters to configure the desired control or alarm mode.
(Four‑limit control/alarm is available only on the T.C80, S80, C90, C70, and related series; “2H” denotes two upper‑limit controls/alarm functions, while “2L” denotes two lower‑limit controls/alarm functions.)
★ Input Type:
★ To switch the input type, simply configure the instrument’s secondary parameters; for detailed instructions, refer to the “User Manual.” The available input types are as follows:
★ For the same thermocouple type, the selection code and the instrument programming code differ; please take note when setting up the instrument.
