HXWP-LED Manual Operator / Light‑Bar Display Manual Operator
The HXWP-LED series manual‑operation controller and light‑bar display operator can be connected downstream of various controllers as a backup instrument. Should the controller fail, this unit enables manual operation. It can also replace a servo amplifier to directly drive valves.
The HXWP-LED series manual operator/controller combines digital and analog display functions, enabling both digital display and control (with high-brightness LED digits) as well as relative analog display (light‑bar indication) for measurement signals such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and speed, thereby presenting measured values in a clearer, more intuitive manner. A dual‑light‑bar display mode is also available.
I. Main Features
1. It can be equipped with one analog control output, one digital control output—relay‑based forward and reverse control—and one analog transmitter output, making it suitable for a wide range of measurement and control applications.
2. It supports seamless automatic/manual switching without disturbance. When switching from manual to automatic mode, an incremental accumulation method is employed, along with a switching limit‑clamping function, to ensure smooth transition between manual and automatic operation.
3. The measurement signal and the feedback signal can be displayed on the same screen.

The communication interface is RS485; the output is relay‑based, with forward/reverse switching. The PV input range is 4–20 mA, and the SV input range is also 4–20 mA. The first alarm is an upper‑limit alarm, and the second alarm is a lower‑limit alarm. A 24 V DC power supply is provided for both output and input.
